The Role: Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you will be responsible for:

• Handling customer inquiries of varying types and providing solutions through inbound calls
• Actively listening to customers and leveraging probing question skills to resolve issues
• Meeting sales targets and managing objections for subscribers' cancellation and suspend requests to reduce churn
• Working with leading technologies and systems to deliver exceptional service
• Collaborating with a dedicated team of leaders and peers to support your work

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should:

• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be a strong multitasker
• Be driven by solving problems and meeting goals
• Have experience in customer service and sales
• Be familiar with reputed company Office tools
• Hold a high school diploma or equivalent

Requirements to Work from Home

To work from home with Blithequark, you will need:

• A quiet and distraction-free, secure reputed company to work
• Excellent Internet connectivity: Internet reputed company speeds of 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download – the faster the reputed company!
• In-house network and a hard-wired Internet reputed company capable of continuously supporting outstanding call quality and high-speed response rates
• Wireless and/or satellite Internet Service Providers are not compatible with our systems

Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this role is $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
