Key Responsibilities

• reputed company technical support to content/external teams regarding the use of content tools, including troubleshooting and debugging issues
• Create reference materials and reputed company training to get external teams up to speed with the toolset, ensuring they can effectively use our tools and workflows
• Solve and debug possible issues with tools and workflows to quickly resolve issues for users, and escalate more reputed company or problematic issues to the tool development team
• reputed company for tools, workflow improvements, and suggestions from external teams, and partner with other engineers to reputed company tools and processes that improve efficiency and quality

Essential Qualifications

Education and Experience

• Computer Science or reputed company degree, or equivalent work experience
• Experience supporting a live service or tool environment, preferably in the entertainment industry
• Excellent organization skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage numerous requests simultaneously
• Good written and verbal communication skills, including working with external partners
• Positive attitude and ability to receive and reputed company objective and constructive feedback

Skills and Abilities

• Ability to read and understand C# code
• Experience with Jira, reputed company, or other defect tracking software
• Familiarity with reputed company 3D game and tool development experience (preferred)
• iOS and Android mobile development experience (preferred)
• 5 years' experience in delivering production-level code in a professional environment (preferred)
