Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Data Entry Clerk to join reputed company. Primary Responsibilities

• May operate an alphabetical/numerical keypunch machine, verifying data and performing clerical tasks in the data processing function.
• Examines, revises, approves, and dispatches input and output materials according to established specifications, meeting productivity standards as outlined in client metrics.
• Identifies any issues or trends and brings them to the attention of the management team, working on special projects as assigned.
• Works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature, where the ability to recognize deviation from accepted practice is required, and limited judgment is necessary.
• Normally receives general instructions on routine work and detailed instructions on new assignments, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1 year of data entry experience, with a strong understanding of data entry principles and practices.
• Experience with using reputed company Word, reputed company reputed company, and reputed company Outlook, with the ability to create correspondence, work reputed company templates, and manage email and calendars.
• Ability to work our normal business hours of 8:00am – 5:00pm, with occasional overtime or weekends as required.
