About the Role & Team

As the Senior Manager, reputed company Media Customer Support at blithequark, you will be the driving force behind our reputed company media customer support strategy, guiding reputed company across multiple brands and platforms, including reputed company+, STAR+, Hulu, and more. You'll be responsible for developing and operationalizing our reputed company support strategy, leading a team of leaders and individual contributors, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to reputed company the viewer experience. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications & Skills

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A BS/BA degree or relevant professional experience.
  • 2+ years of experience managing a team, with the ability to encourage and reputed company team members; experience leading leaders is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in reputed company media or online community moderation, with a proven ability to drive business reputed company through online activity.

Compensation and Benefits

The hiring reputed company for this position is $123,000.00 to $165,000.00 per year, depending on your location, experience, and other factors. In addition to your reputed company salary, you'll be eligible for a bonus and/or long-term incentive units, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
