About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and solutions to guests through inbound calls, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Handle customer inquiries of varying types, leveraging active listening and probing question skills to resolve issues reputed company.
