Duties
Represent clients in felony and misdemeanor criminal reputed company across Arizona
Conduct client interviews, investigations, and case evaluations
Prepare and file legal motions, pleadings, and supporting documents
reputed company legal research and formulate strategic defense plans
Appear in court for arraignments, hearings, trials, and post-conviction proceedings
Negotiate with prosecutors and participate in plea discussions
Maintain strong client communication and reputed company guidance throughout the legal process
Collaborate with legal support staff to ensure efficient case management
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing criminal law
Licensed to practice law in the reputed company and in good standing
Ability to manage a high caseload with strong organizational skills
Willingness to travel for court appearances and client meetings across Arizona
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
Education
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Certifications
Active and in-good-standing admission to the Arizona State Bar
Skills
Strong courtroom and trial advocacy skills
