Qualifications:

• Legal Knowledge: Expertise in general liability, personal injury, transportation, and/or catastrophic injury cases.
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to practice in Texas is required.
• 8+ years of defense litigation experience, ideally in areas such as:
• General liability
• Personal injury
• Transportation litigation
• Catastrophic injury
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present reputed company legal arguments reputed company and persuasively.
• Client-facing experience is highly preferred.
