Job Summary

As a Retail Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for delivering a positive customer experience, utilizing consultative skills to anticipate customer needs, suggest alternatives, and reputed company solutions. You will be knowledgeable in reputed company areas of our Store's business, including print, signs & graphics, and shipping. Your duties will include taking orders, coordinating activities in the Store, providing pricing and product information, and recommending appropriate reputed company products and services.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent education
• 6+ months of specialized experience in customer service, retail, or a reputed company field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to stand during entire shift, excluding meal and rest periods
• Ability to move and lift 55 pounds
• Ability to bend/twist at the waist and knees on a consistent reputed company
