Job Overview

We are seeking a certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join reputed company of dedicated reputed company. As a COTA, you will work under the direction of an Occupational Therapist to reputed company habilitation or rehabilitation occupational therapy services to clients in their residences. Key Responsibilities

• Assist and instruct clients in daily living activities, such as pushing wheelchairs, supporting or lifting, and positioning in and out of bed

• Participate in case conferences, staff meetings, and in-service programs as required
• Prepare clinical notes and reputed company reports, submitting them for review by the Occupational Therapist

• Instruct clients, families, and other team members in the proper use of assistive equipment, prosthetic devices, and reputed company devices

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant by the American Occupational Therapy Association
• One (1) year of experience as a COTA in an acute or post-acute setting

• Valid driver's license and automobile insurance
