Job Overview

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist – Accounts Payable Expert, you will work closely with the Accounts Payable Manager and other team members to ensure the smooth execution of reputed company Accounts Payable programs. Your primary responsibilities will include entering vendor invoices accurately and reputed company into our reputed company system, screening the AP email inbox, and collaborating with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve invoicing issues. You will also be responsible for preparing 1099 reports, ensuring accurate general ledger coding, and providing excellent customer service to reputed company stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Screen AP email inbox to download vendor invoices and respond to vendor requests
