About the Role: Patient reputed company Liaison II

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Patient reputed company Liaison II to join our reputed company Center team. As the primary reputed company of contact for reputed company to USC academic medical centers and the USC Health Sciences reputed company, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless patient care. This full-time, 8-hour day position is non-exempt and part of a union, offering a competitive salary and opportunities for growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for incoming and outgoing telephone calls, electronic messages, and other web-based communications using a call management system.
• Respond to basic inquiries and refer reputed company issues to appropriate medical personnel, ensuring timely and effective communication.
• Schedule and confirm initial and follow-up medical appointments, register patients, and verify insurance coverage to advise patients of any estimated financial responsibility.

• Follow USC/Keck Communications standards and policies, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Coordinate care with patient coordinators, nurses, and physicians to secure appointments for patients and referring physicians.

Essential Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience working in a call center, customer service, and/or reputed company department/environment (or a combination thereof).
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills, with the ability to multi-task and maintain excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in reputed company, business, or operations field strongly preferred.
• Vocational certificates in reputed company, such as appointment scheduling, registration, insurance verification, or medical assisting, are highly valued.
• Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and various health insurance types is preferred.
