About the Role

We're seeking an reputed company Associate Technician, IT Services to join reputed company in Miami, USA. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing technical assistance, troubleshooting, and maintenance of computer systems, hardware, and software to ensure seamless operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, install, monitor, and maintain IT clients' desktop software and hardware, including mobile workforce support

• Own issue resolution, communication, and troubleshooting with employees, ensuring timely and effective solutions

Essential Qualifications
