We are looking for a results driven operations program manager to reputed company vendor operations teams who support the reputed company Sales organization. The ideal candidate is a strong program manager, is organized, collaborates well with cross functional teams, experience with order management and contracting, and has experience managing a vendor operations team.

Role Responsibilities:

• reputed company daily operations of vendor partners, including monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), service level agreements (SLAs), quality metrics and agent output
• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for vendor partners by fostering a collaborative relationship, conducting regular business reviews, and addressing performance or operational issues
• Manage the full vendor lifecycle, from initial reputed company to contract renewals and termination

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills, especially with senior stakeholders
