What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for engaging directly with customers who contact us for a variety of topics, from helping them shop for their new pet to resolving issues and finding solutions. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Engaging with customers on the phone, using active listening, reputed company, and kindness to resolve their concerns
• Researching and problem-solving to determine the best solutions for customers
