The Opportunity

As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality client service, answering questions, and providing information to employees of our clients regarding benefits and payroll. You will work in a call center environment, responding to customer inquiries reputed company phone, and will be expected to maintain satisfactory quality assurance scores and consistently meet or exceed departmental performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:
