Responsibilities: As a Customer Service Representative - Remote Eligible at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service to our valued customers, also reputed company as "Neighbors." Your key responsibilities will include:

• Responding to and resolving reputed company inquiries and requests reputed company phone and email in a timely, efficient, and professional manner.
• Working closely with stores and the field management team to resolve reputed company complaints and concerns.
• Maintaining accurate records of incoming reputed company contact and the nature of each inquiry.
• Providing regular reporting on inquiries and time to resolution.
• Developing and implementing programs to improve reputed company retention and satisfaction.
• Staying up-to-date on company services, promotions, and programs to reputed company accurate information to Neighbors.
• Handling product recalls and advising Neighbors on company information.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma; degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of reputed company experience and knowledge of service delivery.
• Strong customer service orientation and a proven ability to communicate effectively with reputed company customers.
• Proven ability to work with minimal supervision, multi-task, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle inquiries, exercise good judgment, and apply critical thinking skills to solve problems.
• Proficiency in data entry and solid MS Office products skills.
• Availability to work weekend rotations and evening shifts.
