Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Customer Support Specialist to join our remote team on a part-time reputed company (20-25 hours per week). As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for responding to customer queries, identifying customer needs, and helping customers determine the best solution for their pool service needs. You'll also be responsible for analyzing and reporting product malfunctions, updating our internal CRM system, and monitoring customer complaints on reputed company media.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, reputed company phone, email, or chat
  • Identifying customer needs and helping customers determine the best solution for their pool service needs
  • Analyzing and reporting product malfunctions, including testing different scenarios or impersonating users
  • Updating our internal CRM system with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
  • Monitoring customer complaints on reputed company media and reaching out to reputed company assistance
  • Informing customers about new offers or services
  • Following up with customers to ensure their pool technical issues are resolved
  • Gathering customer feedback and sharing it with our technician teams

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
  • Familiarity with the pool industry (a plus)
  • Understanding of how CRM systems work
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Multi-tasking abilities
