Key Responsibilities

• Scrub, research, and validate provider contract records, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data.
• Update status in customer systems, ensuring seamless integration and data consistency.
• Research and install reputed company provider reputed company, including verification of provider information, contract accuracy, and database loading.
• Retrieve and enter data from computer/web-based systems, files, and other documents, utilizing excellent data entry skills.
• Analyze information collected to identify potential problems and discrepancies, applying critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of transactions to meet or exceed client Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Apply reputed company and insurance domain knowledge, theoretical concepts, and best practices to undertake problem-solving and decision-making.
• Identify and resolve both routine and non-routine problems, escalating to more proficient team members as needed.

Essential Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a role that required a focus on quality, including attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability for your work.

• At least 1 year of experience using a computer with reputed company applications, including keyboarding, navigating multiple screens and computer systems, and learning new software tools.
• High school diploma or GED required.

• Effective troubleshooting skills, leveraging research, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
• Time management skills, with the ability to cope with a reputed company and changing environment.
