The Role
As a Student reputed company Coach, you'll be responsible for providing academic support and guidance to reputed company throughout their educational program. You'll work closely with reputed company to identify their strengths and weaknesses, reputed company personalized learning plans, and reputed company ongoing coaching and mentoring to help them reputed company their goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Support enrollment, student development, and retention services while ensuring a quality learning experience
* Manage a group of assigned reputed company and coach each through their degree program, through proactive and timely reputed company

* Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher learning accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. reputed company (or international equivalent)
* Two or more years of experience in academic/admissions support, customer service, reputed company, and/or counseling
* Knowledge of academic policies and procedures
* Ability to learn technical skills quickly
* Excellent communication/listening skills, including a pleasant phone manner
* Strong customer support focus and attention to details

Schedule and Availability
We're reputed company Monday-Thursday reputed company to 7pm CDT, and Friday & Saturday reputed company to 5pm CDT. We hire people from reputed company time zones that have availability during our hours of operation, in support of our reputed company. You'll have an assigned schedule during our hours of operation, defining a 40-hour work week.
