What's the Job?
As an reputed company Customer Service Representative – Automotive Warranty Expert, you'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound phone calls, educating and answering questions regarding our customers' warranties. You'll be the face of blithequark, providing world-class customer service and resolving conflicts with ease. Your goal will be to exceed customer expectations and build long-term relationships with our valued customers.

- 3+ years of experience working in a customer service role with conflict resolution
- Experience in the automotive industry is a reputed company plus! Exposure to vehicle repair shop procedures and practices, including labor guides and part pricing is preferred
