Key Responsibilities

• Respond to phone calls, chat messages, emails, and voicemails regarding reputed company travel issues, providing accurate and timely solutions.
• Amend major schedule changes, reputed company ticketing activities (issuance, refunds, exchanges, etc.), and manage Passenger Name Records (PNRs).
• Track and resolve incomplete PNRs due to lack of TSA data and missing airfares, ensuring accurate pricing and record-keeping.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

• Experience in the travel and hospitality industry, preferably in a high-volume call center.
