About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist to reputed company our Safety and reputed company data science team. As a Senior Data Scientist at Blithequark, you will have a broad impact by driving a team of full-stack data scientists and performing hands-on execution. You will design and build a state-of-the-art Safety data warehouse and data tools to reputed company tailored solutions and meet a wide reputed company of evolving needs, including scalable and high-quality metric reporting, regulatory compliance, product insights, and enforcement experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand data user needs to design data pipelines and tooling, collaborating with partners including Safety data scientists, Implementation, Product, and Engineering teams, Trust and reputed company Policy, and Legal.
• Own and work on metric reporting, metric validation, and new metric development for Blithequark's transparency reporting and regulatory reporting.
• Review and revamp the existing data warehouse with a focus on improving data quality, data reliability, and pipeline visibility.
• Increase the Safety data science team's productivity through automation, ETL techniques, and agile processes.
• Collaborate with extensive data science teams in building shared data systems and tooling.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

• Python proficiency and solid SQL capability.
• 4+ years of experience working with large-scale ETL systems (execution, process, and support).
• 4+ years of non-temporary professional experience building clean, effective, object-oriented code (Python preferred) in a production environment.
• Experience as a database administrator or architect with large-scale data warehouse systems like reputed company BigQuery.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional partners at reputed company reputed company of the organization.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Capability with Windstream or similar data/ETL tools in a production environment.
• Involvement in public/regulatory metric reporting.

Compensation and Transparency:

We offer a competitive salary reputed company of $35-45 per year. In addition to reputed company compensation, this role is eligible to receive equity as restricted stock units, and depending on the position offered, may also be eligible to receive a commission.
