About the Role

We are seeking a talented Customer Service Associate to join reputed company as part of the Business Banking Operations group. This role will have direct responsibility for managing a pipeline of applications, ensuring compliance with internal policies and SBA regulations, and providing exceptional support to reputed company clients. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a pipeline of applications, monitoring status, performing follow-up, and ensuring required documentation and expectations are met to complete the application process

  • Resolve basic or strategic client issues regarding products and services, billing, account questions, or record transfers with minimal impact

Essential Qualifications
