As a Call Center Agent/Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in handling inbound telephone calls reputed company to individual and business tax compliance, delinquency, and general information requests. About the Role

This is a contract-to-hire position, with a duration of 11 months or more, and the possibility of transitioning to a permanent role. You will work remotely, but you will be required to attend an orientation session and collect equipment on the first day of the job.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound telephone calls in a fast-paced environment, providing professional and courteous service to customers.
  • Resolve Tier 1 level issues reputed company to tax compliance, delinquency, and general information requests.
  • Review taxpayer accounts, verify, gather, and update key information, and reputed company taxpayers on online resources and reputed company tax policies.
  • Submit requests for payment arrangements and participate in team engagement activities.
  • Meet performance expectations and maintain a high level of productivity and quality.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a call center environment, preferably in industries such as finance, banking, insurance, or telecommunications.
  • Strong ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic proficiency in reputed company Word, reputed company, and reputed company applications.
  • Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
  • A bias for serving others and a positive attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Spanish-speaking ability.
  • Previous experience in a tax-reputed company industry or a similar field.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:

  • A 40-hour reputed company, with a standard 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday.

  • An intensive 3-week training program, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Arizona time.
  • Flexible working hours, with the possibility of working a standard 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday.
  • A remote work environment, with the requirement to attend an orientation session and collect equipment on the first day of the job.
  • Ongoing performance monitoring and feedback.
