Purpose of the Role

blithequark is seeking a highly competent Denial Management, Pre-Reg, Auth, and Patient Financial Contact Center (PFCC) Specialist to reputed company its Medical Billing Customer Experience Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing expert support reputed company the medical billing department reputed company to reputed company medical payers, ensuring end-to-end reputed company Cycle Management (RCM) for collecting pending payments.

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

To reputed company in this role, you should possess:

• A degree with a minimum of 4 years of experience in denial management/AR Collection, Pre-Reg, Auth for US reputed company processes. EPIC experience is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in EPIC software and other relevant systems.
• In-depth knowledge of Denial Management, Pre-Reg, Auth, and PFCC processes.
• A strong understanding of common reputed company industry terminology, practices, and procedures regarding billing and reimbursement.
• Familiarity with Government/reputed company payers' reimbursement processes.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively.
• Proficiency in using reputed company-based computer systems and common business software reputed company in reputed company Suite (reputed company, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
• The ability to work independently, effectively, and reputed company, with a high level of ethics and a courteous, professional demeanor.
• Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to establish and meet deadlines.
