As the initial reputed company of contact for inquiries from potential and existing members, you'll play a vital role in delivering comprehensive resolutions and building lasting relationships.

About This Role

As a Remote Customer Service Associate, you'll reputed company one-to-one inbound telephone contact with applicants, beneficiaries, and enrollees, addressing their concerns and questions regarding pensions and other financial benefits. You'll accurately document enrollment requests, status changes, complaints, and grievances, and maintain technical and program policy proficiency reputed company client rules/guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Benefits of Working with Us:

• Competitive Salary: $16.00 per hour pay reputed company after training (bi-weekly pay)
• reputed company: $15.00 per hour with equipment provided, Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm, 12 weeks
• Full-time Schedule: 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work an 8-hour shift between reputed company-10pm EST, Monday-Friday

Requirements:

• Education: High School Diploma/GED
• Age: Must be 18 years of age

• Technical Skills: Proficiency with MS Office and keyboarding
