About the Role

As a Remote Payroll Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our payroll processing. You will be responsible for managing compensation packages, calculating wages, and making payments to employees. Your expertise in payroll processing and your attention to detail will be essential in maintaining the trust and confidence of our employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage compensation packages using payroll software, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations
• Collect and verify timekeeping information for reputed company, ensuring timely and accurate processing of payroll
• Calculate pay according to hours worked, incorporating leaves and overtime, and ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant legislation

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• Proven experience as a payroll clerk or payroll manager, with a strong understanding of payroll processing and compensation management

• Solid knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and regulations, including compliance with tax laws and employment regulations
