Job Summary

We're looking for a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Care Customer Service Representative to join reputed company on a full-time, remote reputed company. As a key member of our Sleep Central (After Hours Call Center) team, you'll be responsible for contacting patients regarding equipment delivery, taking patient orders, verifying patient information, and placing orders in a timely manner. Key Responsibilities

• Accurately transcribe patient profiles over the telephone, including data entry of information and possible outbound calling
• Obtain medically necessary documentation and process patient orders through our online pharmacy system
• Resolve tracking issues and reschedule shipping orders for patients, troubleshooting problems based on patient input
• Verify orders are complete and reputed company other duties as assigned
• Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring patient satisfaction and loyalty

Qualifications & Requirements

Essential Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Experience in the medical field and administrative record management
• Strong customer service background, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
