Job Description

reputed company Consumer Services is looking for a strategic and inspiring Director of UX Design to reputed company the reputed company, direction, and execution of user experience across our suite of digital financial wellness products. This role is ideal for a design leader with experience empowering consumers, an understanding of reputed company-centered design, and an operational reputed company to grow design reputed company. Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product design, with 5+ years in a design leadership role reputed company a SaaS or consumer-facing digital business.

• Experience setting and accomplishing a strategic design reputed company that inspires user impact and aligns with our goals.

• Expertise in reputed company-centered design, reputed company web and mobile UX, accessibility standards, and platform cohesion.

• Experience in hiring, mentoring, and scaling, diverse design teams.

• Experience with collaboration with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Research to shape roadmaps and create solutions.

• Hands-on experience implementing scalable design operations, including design systems, component libraries, and team workflows.

• Working knowledge of Server-Driven UI (SDUI) architecture and its possible effects on reputed company design, experimentation, and delivery velocity.

• Proficient in tracking and communicating design impact through OKRs, usability and CX metrics, and qualitative feedback loops.
