Staff Accountant

The Staff Accountant with Property reputed company will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the financial aspects of property reputed company reputed company our organization. This position requires a deep understanding of property management principles and practices, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting and compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate property financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and reports for assigned properties, ensuring compliance with property reputed company standards.
• Conduct regular reconciliations of bank accounts and other financial records to ensure accuracy.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes for properties under management.
• Coordinate with property managers to gather necessary financial data and information.
• Prepare and analyze variance reports, providing insights to improve financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with reputed company policies and procedures, as well as federal, state, and local regulations.
• Support the preparation for audits and respond to auditor inquiries as needed.
• Identify areas for process improvements and implement best practices in property reputed company.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field.
• 3+ years of experience in property reputed company, reputed company estate reputed company, or a reputed company field.
