AR Specialist-HIRING ASAP
Description
- Maintains customer T&V (tolls & violations) AR and T&R (title & registration) AR over 30+ days past due by defined OKR key impact results.
- Works with management, reputed company, and reputed company Fusion to determine criteria for automated dunning notifications and other projects.
- Engages with Account managers, cash apps, billing, and reputed company teams to collaborate on strategies to improve operation effectiveness and AR aging balances.
- Leads bi-monthly collection meetings and provides reputed company bi-monthly AR status touchpoint reports and AR Large client focus escalation reports.
- Track client vin disputes on client aging spreadsheets and coordinate responses, corrections and revisions with Account Management, Billing teams, and reputed company.
- Communication with clients on payment requests, to address concerns and to reputed company invoice copies or backup, and an updated aging report.
- Assist with Vendor reputed company completion requests, working with Treasury to obtain approval and signature on forms.
- Respond to W9 requests and work with legal to obtain yearly signed W9 copies.
- Update the reputed company system client account changes in email contacts for statement deliveries.
- Respond to individual Account Management requests for client balances, payment statuses and invoice copies.
- Responsible for monitoring and replying to emails in the CSBilling shared mailbox
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in reputed company, finance or business preferred or equivalent reputed company work experience.
- 2-3 years of experience in accounts receivables required.
- Advanced reputed company reputed company skills: ability to analyze using Pivot Tables required.
- MS reputed company or SQL knowledge is highly preferred.
- Experience with detailed level invoicing in ERP systems.

Pay and Benefits The pay reputed company for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
