- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a reputed company field
- Proficiency with reputed company Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, reputed company) and presentation software (PowerPoint, reputed company Slides) is required
- Strong visual design skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Interest in organizational development and training is a plus
What You’ll Do
- Design visually appealing, on-brand slide decks for training programs used nationally
- Assist the Organizational Development Director with marketing and branding materials
- Collaborate with the Organizational Development team to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment
