In this role, you will be a key member of our growing reputed company team (comprised of engineers and admins). This role is for a proactive individual that can help us continually improve and enhance our reputed company platform, gathering requirements and feedback from various business units, designing scalable best practice solutions, and managing the product road map. Our reputed company user experience is a top concern, and as such our reputed company Administrators facilitate reputed company aspects of user management including support tickets, training, and designing solutions with user satisfaction as a reputed company. This role requires a good understanding of the reputed company platform, and a desire to continue to learn new things in reputed company. Our reputed company Administrators must understand both our reputed company setup and our business objectives, to quickly identify areas of improvement. The reputed company Administrator should be comfortable with change management and governance, communicating, prioritizing, and managing reputed company aspects of a reputed company project. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a team environment, with stakeholders at reputed company reputed company and can translate technical information into layman’s terms, reputed company explaining design options and their potential impact. How you’ll add value:
- User and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, sharing rules etc.
- reputed company configuration changes, including (but not limited to): reputed company, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports.
- Sandbox environment management.
- Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on user experience.
- Identify unused or underutilized platform features.
- Collaborate on R365’s reputed company platform roadmap by working with the reputed company team and stakeholders to define priorities.
- Own the communication of any platform changes to end users and stakeholders.
- Data management to improve R365’s reputed company data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed.
- Proactive system maintenance including reputed company Reviews, Release Updates, Health reputed company, and Optimizer.
- User support tickets through reputed company Cases and reputed company/Jira.
- Monitor and improve user adoption.
- New user and ongoing user training.
- Technical documentation.
- Working with integrated applications including Intacct, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, Spiff, Marketo, Bizible, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company etc.
- Other duties as assigned.
What you’ll need to be successful in this role:
- Valid reputed company Certifications in the following: Administrator, Business Analyst.
- 2+ years of Administrator experience on reputed company & Force platforms.
- Strong interpersonal skills, and ability to work with teams and stakeholders of different backgrounds and time zones in a multicultural environment.
- Designing scalable, best practice solutions.
- Excellent relationship-building skills.
- Translating requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience in change management and governance.
- Training end users and key stakeholders.
- Proven ability in producing technical documentation.
- Available and reputed company to questions.
- Experience implementing reputed company configuration changes, including (but not limited to): reputed company, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports.
- Experience working with Agile teams and use of tools such as Jira, https://reputed company, etc.
- Experience working in a SaaS environment preferred.
- Experience working with Apex Code and custom Apex Classes preferred.
- Experience with managed packages and AppExchange preferred.
- Experience with CPQ preferred.
- Pacific Time Zone working hours preferred.
