Regional Nurse Consultant – Remote, TX

JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Regional Nurse Consultant to join our dynamic team. This position plays a crucial role in bolstering the quality and effectiveness of nursing services across our facilities through both direct and consultative care. The ideal candidate will be a versatile nursing professional capable of adapting to various reputed company environments and effectively addressing the unique challenges faced by each facility. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Conduct thorough assessments of nursing practices and patient care standards at each facility, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices.
• Serve as an interim DON, demonstrating exceptional clinical skills and patient care.

• Facilitate training and development sessions for nursing staff, focusing on reputed company enhancement, regulatory compliance, and the adoption of new reputed company technologies or methodologies.

• Ensure compliance with state and federal health and safety regulations at each facility.

Required Skills REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of 5 years of Director of Nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or consultative role reputed company long-term care or a reputed company reputed company setting.
• Experience with State Veteran Homes preferred.

Required Experience REQUIRED EDUCATION
