About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to join reputed company. As a Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through effective communication, problem-solving, and technical expertise. You'll be the face of reputed company, and your interactions with customers will shape their perception of our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Communicate reputed company technical information in a clear and concise manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes

  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and performance metrics

Requirements:

  • reputed company in Lithuanian language (reputed company level spoken / written)
  • Good reputed company of English and Russian (B2 level)
  • Interest in technology and customer service
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and technical skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer support or a reputed company field
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Experience with technical support software and tools
  • Ability to work in reputed company environment and collaborate with colleagues
