Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of blithequark, providing top-notch support to our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll be responsible for resolving customer complaints and issues, answering product-reputed company questions, and ensuring that every customer has a positive experience with our brand. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

* 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a retail or e-reputed company environment

  • Experience working with a government contract or in a regulated industry
  • Knowledge of product information management (PIM) systems and product data management (PDM) systems
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret and reputed company customer feedback and data insights
  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP)
