What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Agent at blithequark, your primary responsibility will be to reputed company exceptional service to patients, answering their inquiries and resolving their concerns in a professional and courteous manner. Your duties will include:

• Rebilling accounts after receiving insurance information
• Arranging financial agreements with patients using budget plans as needed
• Performing other duties and assignments as requested

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed as a Customer Service Agent at blithequark, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
