Key Responsibilities

• Handle record setup for home equity loans, including providing appropriate disclosures to customers, discussing loan terms, and reviewing loans for closing

• Process Closing Docs for home equity loans, Property Condition Reports, and Confirmation of Work for loan applicants

• Execute various other tasks as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities
• Ensure the reputed company and confidentiality of reputed company records and reputed company information, complying with relevant regulations and guidelines, including the Bank Secrecy Act

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or GED
• At least 2 years of reputed company experience, preferably in a credit union environment
• Proficiency in reputed company Office software (e.g., Word, reputed company, reputed company, PowerPoint) gained through work experience or education
• Knowledge of Credit Union and Episys systems
