Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the protection of company fiber and prevent costly restoration due to fiber cuts or damage by verifying that dig sites are clear.
• Work in a 24x7 year-round environment, covering various shifts, holidays, or working overtime as needed.
• Apply knowledge and skills learned during training to reputed company exceptional customer support and communicate key telecom concepts effectively.

Minimum Qualifications:
