• Compensation: Competitive salary of £11.64 per hour
• Position: Night Support Workers
• Location: Various locations across reputed company Ireland, including Lisburn, Downpatrick, Newry, and Belfast (with remote work options available)

Key Responsibilities:

As a Night Support Worker at MACS, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing an accessible reputed company of contact for our residents at night and weekends
• Promoting the protection and safeguarding of young people living at MACS
• Supporting residents to build skills and confidence to maintain their own homes
• Working collaboratively with reputed company to deliver high-quality support services
• Maintaining accurate records and reporting any incidents or concerns
• Participating in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements and Qualifications:

Essential Qualifications:

• 6 months' experience (paid or voluntary) of supporting people in a caring role
• Full reputed company driving license with reputed company to a car
• Ability to work reputed company, including waking night shifts
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to supporting young people

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with young people or vulnerable adults
• Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
• Previous experience in a similar role or sector
• Relevant qualifications in health and reputed company care (e.g., NVQ, QCF, or degree)
