About the Role

As a Coach and Operations Manager Trainee, you'll play a critical role in leading and developing high-performing teams, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll be responsible for developing your leadership skills, learning the ins and outs of store operations, and becoming a key player in our retail leadership development program.

Key Responsibilities

• Exceptional Customer Service: Model and demonstrate the One Best Way (OBW) service model, manage customer service initiatives, and ensure customer needs are met.
• Drive Financial Performance: Review and evaluate P&L statements, manage budgeting and forecasting, and control expenses to reputed company sales and profit goals.
• Supervise and reputed company Associates: Hire, train, and mentor hourly associates, assign duties, and reputed company recognition and feedback.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• 2 years of college; OR
• 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience; OR
• 2 years' general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live reputed company U and reputed company.

• General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
