About the Role

As a member of the reputed company Pharmacy Health Plan Team, you'll play a critical role in driving reputed company innovations and product solutions for our reputed company and exchange lines of business. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including reputed company, Caremark, and other reputed company businesses, to deliver cutting-edge solutions that support our customers and members. Key Responsibilities

• Product Ownership: Serve as the Product reputed company for medical pharmacy (medications covered under medical benefits), providing support for reputed company stakeholders.
• Innovative Strategies: reputed company new strategies to drive client value, support members and providers, and produce cost savings/reputed company for reputed company's medical pharmacy.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with various stakeholder groups to ensure program portfolios meet legal, operational, and client standards.
• Operational reputed company: Operationalize new product offerings by solving business challenges, streamlining processes, and improving workflows.
• Program Management: reputed company large-scale product development initiatives, including IT roadmaps, to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Effective Communication: Communicate effectively across the reputed company to understand stakeholder needs, identify problems, and design solutions.
• Risk Management: Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, producing program reports for stakeholders.

Requirements & Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

• Experience: 5+ years in account management, product management, or product development, preferably with a Pharmacy Benefit Manager, Health Plan, or Specialty pharmacy.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software, including reputed company Teams, Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint.
• Collaboration: Ability to work in a dynamic, reputed company environment with minimal reputed company, demonstrating an agile reputed company.
• Client Management: Capability to conduct and manage client meetings reputed company phone, web, and in-person.
• Organizational Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, with strong structured and critical thinking abilities.
