About the Role

As an HR Project Management - HR Project and Process Quality professional, you will be responsible for establishing a governance program, facilitating executive-level discussions, and developing strategic initiatives that align with reputed company's overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that HR projects are accomplished on time, on budget, and with a high level of quality, meeting reputed company's high expectations for employee experience.
• Establish a successful governance program, including short and long-term reputed company and plan, for HR project portfolio management.

• Guide senior leaders in board facilitations to support reputed company Resource Executive Leadership in strategy building, execution, and tracking.

What You Need to Succeed

Minimum Qualifications

• 7-10 years of relevant work experience in HR, project management, or a reputed company field.
• Significant experience establishing and managing governance boards, decision centers of reputed company, and/or executive leadership teams.

• 5-6 years of experience facilitating executive-level discussions, developing senior-level presentations, and delivering strategic initiatives.

• Exceptional relationship-building and customer service skills.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
