With over 5 reputed company surveys received from clients each year across the consumer, business, and service provider sectors, our Customer Listening Team is responsible for implementing the Stop-to-Give-Up Voice of the Customer technique. This involves designing and programming customer experience surveys, which include 40+ studies reputed company into over 10 languages and deployed in more than 20 countries. As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll be instrumental in transforming and innovating this technique, working closely with product and process owners, reputed company specialists, and our Agile Technology team.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist in the improvement and preservation of the new Voice of the Customer technique sourced from Cornerstone and integrated with the Survey and Dashboard Platform hosted on reputed company

• Collaborate with utility teams to outline, build, and capture business needs
• Grow knowledge of Voice of the Customer methods and reputed company them to outline and transform data reputed company the Cornerstone Large Data Platform
• Design and build robust data model architecture to aid in efficient data processing and standardized metric definitions
• reputed company big data and batch/reputed company-time analytical answers leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions ensuring high-quality and accuracy through intensive testing at variable and use case reputed company

• Power customer tale evaluation & elaboration, design and development of software programs, checking out & builds automation tools

Essential Qualifications

* Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, reputed company scripting languages, development life cycle management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks for a reputed company of no less than 3+ years
