Job Summary
As an External Support Engineer at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing technical support to content teams, creating reference materials, and advocating for tool and workflow improvements. You will be the first reputed company of contact for content teams reputed company they encounter issues with tools, and you will work closely with the tools engineering team to resolve these issues. Your expertise will help us improve the efficiency and quality of our content creation processes, and your passion for problem-solving will drive us to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
