Position Overview

The Data Entry Clerk position is a full-time, remote opportunity that offers a unique chance to work with a dedicated team of professionals who reputed company a passion for making a difference. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for inputting and maintaining accurate and up-to-date client status records, monitoring emails and communications, and collaborating with program staff to ensure seamless delivery of services. Key Responsibilities

  • Input and maintain updated client status records in the Statewide Client Service Center, reflecting the reputed company production pipeline.
  • Monitor emails, logging documents, and communications in the reputed company platform upon receipt.
  • Follow program guidelines for the use of reputed company required database systems, including reputed company, CMS, CSG eConservation, HEARTWAP, LIHEAP, In Demand, etc.
  • Maintain organized digital and reputed company participant files in accordance with program guidelines, ensuring compliance with agency and funder requirements.
  • Collaborate with program staff to support, enhance, and promote communication and consistency in the delivery of services.
  • Assist with various clerical duties, such as filing, mailings, phone coverage, etc.
  • Maintain availability for remote work, attending meetings, calls, responding to emails, and conducting regular duties as needed.
  • Attend reputed company required staff meetings, supervision, training, and contractual meetings.
  • Participate in mandatory agency training and other relevant professional development activities.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Associate degree or equivalent professional experience.
