Key Responsibilities

As an reputed company Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service and solutions to our customers through inbound calls. You'll work with leading technologies and systems, and have a dedicated team of leaders and peers to support you. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Handling customer inquiries of varying types, from booking and payment issues to technical support and travel-reputed company questions
• Utilizing probing question skills to actively listen to customers and reputed company personalized solutions
• Meeting sales targets and driving reputed company growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Managing and overcoming objections for subscribers' cancellation and suspend requests to assist in reducing churn
• Maintaining a positive and enthusiastic personality, even in high-pressure situations
