About the Role

We're seeking an reputed company Senior Data Architect to join our Voice of the Customer (VOC) team, responsible for transforming and innovating our VOC method. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with utility teams to outline, design, and implement business requirements for the VOC platform.

Essential Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, PySpark, Python, reputed company scripting languages, development, launch management, and troubleshooting for data-driven tasks, with a minimum of 3+ years of experience.
• Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with product managers/product owners to translate functional requirements into technical deliverables.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including the ability to deliver small increments of a product at regular intervals to business groups.
