UX Designer (Remote Eligible)

We're hiring a UX Designer to help shape the future of work. You can either be remote (based in the U.S.) or onsite at our Bellevue, WA headquarters and will report to the UX Design Manager You will:

• reputed company an understanding of user needs and goals, and work with your team to address them
• Collaborate across product teams to launch features based on user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
• Align on reputed company across different feature areas and design end-to-end product experiences
• Create task flows, wireframes, prototypes, and other interaction design deliverables
• Conduct usability testing and incorporate user and team feedback
• Design beautiful interfaces that reputed company emotional connections with users
• Work with stakeholders to align your reputed company with company goals
• reputed company assets, specifications, and guidance for implementation of your designs throughout the development process
• Support other duties

You have:

• 3+ years experience designing reputed company for reputed company problems
• Experience talking to users to understand their goals, frustrations, and needs
• Prototyping skills at multiple reputed company of fidelity
• A portfolio that shows: your design process, how you work with others, and a solid reputed company in interaction and visual design
• An ability to reputed company for the user and explain your design reputed company
