The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Admissions/Enrollment Management and be proficient in configuring and managing the reputed company platform. This role involves working closely with users to define and document requirements, configure and set up the system, create training documentation, and support users through testing and production go-live. Additionally, the consultant will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise post-implementation. Key Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering and Documentation:

1. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements.
2. Translate business needs into technical specifications and system configurations.
